do you require a deposit?
At the time of booking we require a nonrefundable $200 deposit (the booking fee). The rest of the balance is due 4 weeks before your event.
do you perform outside?
We do! However, since string instruments are incredibly fragile we do require cover if we are performing outside. This could be a tent, an awning, or something similar. We cannot perform outside if it is below 65°F or above 85°F.
Do you perform as a string trio or Duo?
Yes we can! Our vast repertoire is mostly for string quartet, but we do have a healthy selection of trio and duo music. If you want to save a little money but still have a similar ambiance, one of these options might be perfect for you!
Can you play [INSERT FAVORITE SONG]?
We almost certainly can! If have a song/piece request that is not on our repertoire list, please just ask us. We can usually find the music or arrange it (if necessary) for free or a small fee, depending on the request.
what’s a string quartet anyway?
A string quartet is a chamber ensemble consisting of two violins, one viola, and one cello. String instruments produce a warm, rich, expressive, and soulful sound. Played together, they’re sure to capture your attention and tug at your heart strings.
